Samtidigt avsade sig parlamentet sin rätt "to grant assent to the ACTA proposal". Det förslaget kom inte med. Därför upplever jag texten som en gammal vanlig trött variation på temat om hur viktig och bra immaterialrätten är för allt och alla, utan att det antagandet behöver styrkas. Jag hittar inte en enda kritisk skrivning trots att kommissionen nyligen beslagit läkemedelsindustrin med ett patentmissbruk som kostat skattebetalare runt om i Europa 3G€, tre miljarder euro.
